I have a large area devoted to veggie growing - half is in the shade of the neighbours trees ;-( and the other half only receives a few hours of direct sunlight. Not the greatest spot, but I try to make do. This year it's been
ANTS & BUNNIES.....I have chicken wire around the main veg area, but the ants have stripped down many of my plants. They haven't touched the squash or potatoes, so fingers crossed I'll be harvesting those later in the season. I've ly lettuce, celery, several tomatoes and a zucchini plant in pots and they are living on the back deck. Bunnies - beware!!
